Last updated: 4 November 2026

1. 01What Jugaad is

Jugaad is a premium marketplace that showcases Pakistan's AI, IT and developer talent. Pakistani makers list what they build and what they can do. Buyers and companies find software, code and people that solve real problems, pay in rupees and stay protected by Safe Deal.

2. 02Six ways to list

   • Tools and apps: working software with a live demo you can try.
   • Source code: code sold with a Personal, Commercial or Resale licence.
   • Websites and businesses: running sites and online businesses, with a handover checklist.
   • Gigs: fixed services in clear packages, with a delivery time and revisions.
   • Ideas: product and business ideas, with the full pitch unlocked by NDA or payment.
   • Skills: makers for hire by the hour, by the month or by milestone.

3. 03More than a marketplace

   • Demand board: anyone can post a problem they need solved, and makers reply with quotes.
   • Problem Drops: weekly challenges that tell makers what to build next.
   • Live auctions: whole projects, with code, domain and customers, sold to verified bidders.
   • Safe Deal: money is held by Jugaad until the buyer gets what they paid for.

4. 04How it works for makers

   • Monthly plans from Rs 500 a month, with 0% commission on tool, code, gig, idea and skill sales.
   • Every listing is reviewed by a person before it goes live.
   • Buyers can try demos before they buy, so good work speaks for itself.

5. 05Our promises

   • No income promises in listings.
   • Phone numbers are never shown publicly. You talk through in-app messages.
   • Money for deals is held in Safe Deal until the buyer confirms delivery.
