How live auctions on Jugaad work.

1. 01Who can bid

   • Only verified bidders can bid: a confirmed phone number, CNIC images and a selfie, checked by our team.
   • Bidders pay a refundable deposit of Rs 5,000 before bidding.
   • Sellers may not bid on their own auctions, and no one may bid for them.

2. 02Bidding

   • Every bid is binding. If you win, you must buy.
   • Each bid must beat the current bid by at least the bid step.
   • You can set a maximum and we bid for you, up to that amount.
   • A bid in the last 2 minutes adds 2 minutes to the clock.
   • Sellers may set a hidden reserve price. If it isn't met, the item does not sell.
   • Some auctions have a Buy Now price that ends the auction at once.

3. 03After the auction

   • The winner must pay within 48 hours. A winner who doesn't pay loses the deposit and may be banned from auctions.
   • Every auction sale goes through Safe Deal with a 7-day buyer check.
   • The seller hands over the code, domain and accounts step by step using the handover checklist.

4. 04Fees and deposits

   • Sellers pay a success fee of 5% of the final price, taken from the payout.
   • Deposits are refunded to bidders who don't win, and to the winner once they have paid.
