Refund policy

When and how you get your money back on Jugaad.

1. 01Monthly plans and Featured weeks

   • Plans and Featured weeks are not refundable once the paid period has started.
   • If we receive your payment but don't activate your plan or Featured week within 3 days, you can ask for a full refund.
   • If we can't verify a payment but the money did reach us, we return it.
   • Not renewing stops the next month. It does not refund the current month. Listings above your limit are paused, not deleted.
   • Other add-ons (Featured launch day, Jugaad Certified, starter kit), job posts, project briefs and Talent Passes follow the same rule: no refund once used or started.

2. 02Purchases under Safe Deal

   • Money for purchases, gigs, hires and custom work is held in Safe Deal, so refunds happen through a dispute.
   • If the seller doesn't deliver, or what you got is clearly not as described, open a dispute before the 7-day check ends.
   • Our team decides on a full refund, a partial refund or release to the seller, as explained in the Safe Deal terms.
   • Once you confirm a delivery, or the 7 days pass without a dispute, the money is released and Jugaad can't refund it.
   • Changing your mind after delivery is not a reason for a refund on digital products.

3. 03Gig orders and revisions

   • Each gig package includes a set number of revisions. Revisions are how you get changes; they are not refunds.
   • When the revisions are used up, you can confirm the order, or open a dispute if the work still doesn't match the package.
   • If a gig order is late and the maker hasn't delivered, you can open a dispute and ask for a full refund.

4. 04Idea unlocks

   • Unlocking a pitch by signing the NDA is free.
   • Paid unlocks are not refundable once the full pitch has been shown to you, because it can't be returned.
   • If you paid but the pitch didn't open, or it is clearly different from the public summary, write to us within 7 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
   • Buying an idea outright, or paying a builder to build it, runs under Safe Deal.

5. 05Auction deposits

   • The Rs 5,000 deposit is refunded to every bidder who doesn't win.
   • The winner's deposit is returned once they have paid for the item.
   • A winner who doesn't pay within 48 hours loses the deposit.
   • If an auction is cancelled by the seller or by us, all deposits are refunded.

6. 06How long refunds take

   Approved refunds are sent within 7 working days to the account you paid from (JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank). Your bank or wallet may take a little longer to show it.

7. 07How to ask for a refund

   • For a Safe Deal purchase, open a dispute from the order page.
   • For anything else, email support@jugaad.pk with your order ID, the transaction ID and the reason.
