Delete your data

How to delete your Jugaad account and personal data, including data from Facebook or Google sign-in.

1. 01Delete your account from inside Jugaad

   1. Sign in at jugaad.pk.
   2. Open Settings, then Privacy.
   3. Press Request account deletion and confirm.
   4. We check for open orders or Safe Deals, then close your account and delete or anonymise your personal data within 90 days.

2. 02Delete by email

   If you cannot sign in, email support@jugaad.pk from the email address on your account with the subject Delete my data. We confirm within 7 days and finish within 90 days.

3. 03Data from Facebook, Instagram and Google

   Jugaad uses Facebook and Instagram only to publish Jugaad's own posts and read comments on Jugaad's own Page and account. If you signed in with Google or connected a social account, we delete the name, email, profile ID and access tokens we received when your account is deleted. You can also remove Jugaad at any time in your Facebook settings under Apps and websites, or in your Google account under Third-party connections.

4. 04What we must keep

   • Orders, payments, invoices and payout records: up to 5 years, for tax and accounting in Pakistan.
   • Messages and dispute evidence linked to a Safe Deal: up to 2 years.
   • Anything a valid legal order requires us to keep.

   Kept records are locked and used only for these purposes.
