Safe Deal terms
How Jugaad holds your money until you get what you paid for.
Last updated: 4 November 2026
01What Safe Deal is
Safe Deal is Jugaad's built-in buyer protection. The buyer pays Jugaad, not the seller. Jugaad (Red Bee Solutions) holds the money and releases it to the seller only when the buyer has received what they paid for, or the check period has ended.
Safe Deal covers listing purchases, gig orders, skill hires, idea builds, custom work from quotes and change requests, website sales and auctions.
02The buyer pays Jugaad
- At checkout you pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or QR code (including Raast) to the Jugaad account shown on screen.
- You then enter the transaction ID and upload your receipt. Our team checks it by hand, usually within 24 hours.
- Once the payment is verified, the money is held in Safe Deal and the seller is told to start.
- Never pay a seller directly. Payments made outside Jugaad are not protected.
03The seller delivers
The seller delivers through Jugaad, with files, links, access details or a handover, and marks the order as delivered. Delivery files stay on your purchase page.
04The 7-day check
- After delivery, the buyer has 7 days to check the work.
- If everything is right, the buyer can confirm early and the money is released straight away.
- If the buyer neither confirms nor opens a dispute within 7 days, the deal confirms automatically and the money is released to the seller.
- For gigs, a revision request (within the package's revision limit) sends the order back to the seller. The check starts again when they deliver again.
05Fees
- Buyers pay a Safe Deal fee of 2% of the price, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Sellers pay no Safe Deal fee. Website / Business sales carry a seller success fee of 5% and auction sales 5%, taken from the payout.
06Milestones
Bigger custom jobs can be split into stages. Each stage is its own Safe Deal: the buyer pays for one stage, the seller delivers it, the buyer confirms (or the 7 days pass) and the money for that stage is released. The buyer is then asked to pay for the next stage. Nothing is paid in advance for stages that haven't started.
07Website and business handover
When a website or online business is sold, the seller works through a handover checklist inside the deal, for example:
- Domain moved to the buyer's own registrar account.
- Hosting, server or app store accounts moved, or access given.
- Source code and database delivered.
- Admin, email, social media and payment accounts handed over where included in the sale.
- Analytics, customer and supplier access as described in the listing.
- Any training or support agreed in the listing.
The buyer ticks off each item as it arrives. The 7-day check starts when the seller marks the handover as delivered.
08Disputes
- Open a dispute from the order page before the check period ends. Say what is wrong and attach screenshots, files or messages.
- While a dispute is open, the money stays held and neither side can release it.
- Our team reviews the listing, the agreed terms, all messages on Jugaad, delivery files and evidence from both sides, and may ask either side for more.
- We then release the money to the seller, refund the buyer in full, or split it as a partial refund. We tell both sides the reason.
- We aim to decide within 7 working days of receiving everything we asked for.
- Only evidence on Jugaad, or sent to us during the dispute, is considered. Deals agreed outside Jugaad are not covered.
09Payouts
- When money is released, it is paid to the payout method the seller has saved in their account settings (JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account).
- Payouts are usually sent within 3 working days of release, after any success fee.
- Keep your payout details correct. We can't recover money sent to wrong details you entered.
- We may hold a payout while a dispute, payment reversal or fraud check is open.
