The agreement between you and Jugaad, operated by Red Bee Solutions.

1. 01About these terms

   Jugaad (jugaad.pk) is a platform operated by Red Bee Solutions, 237-B Chandni Chowk, Model Town, Gujranwala, Pakistan ('Jugaad', 'we', 'us'). These terms are an agreement between you and Red Bee Solutions. By creating an account or using Jugaad you agree to them, together with our Privacy policy, Listing rules, Safe Deal terms, Auction rules, Refund policy and Problem Drop rules, which are part of these terms.

2. 02Who can use Jugaad

   • You must be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract under Pakistani law.
   • Give true, current information and keep it up to date.
   • One person or business per account. Keep your password safe: you are responsible for everything done from your account.
   • Tell us straight away at support@jugaad.pk if you think someone else is using your account.

3. 03Roles

   One account can hold more than one role.

   • Maker: lists projects and services, replies to requests and receives payouts.
   • Buyer: browses, buys, unlocks ideas, hires makers and posts needs on the Demand board. Using Jugaad as a buyer is free: you pay only the price and any fee shown at checkout.
   • Company: posts jobs and project briefs, buys a Talent Pass and sponsors build sprints.
   • Bidder: a buyer who has passed bidder verification (phone, CNIC and selfie) and paid the refundable auction deposit.

4. 04What you can list

   • Tool / App: working software people can use, with a live demo.
   • Source code: code sold with a Personal, Commercial or Resale licence.
   • Website / Business: a running website or online business, sold at a fixed price, by offer or at auction, with a handover checklist.
   • Gig: a fixed service in up to 3 packages, each with a delivery time and a set number of revisions.
   • Idea: a product or business idea. The full pitch is private and opens free with an NDA or after a paid unlock.
   • Skill: your time for hire, as an hourly block, a monthly retainer or milestones.

   Tool / App, Source code and Website listings need working demo access. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live, and we may switch any listing type off for a time. Purchases already made stay available.

5. 05Maker plans

   • Maker plans are billed monthly. Each payment adds one month.
   • Starter: Rs 500 a month for 1 active listing of any type, with 1 free Featured week when your first listing goes live.
   • Growth: Rs 3,000 a month for up to 5 active listings, 2 free Featured weeks a month and the extras shown on the Pricing page.
   • Pro: Rs 5,000 a month for up to 15 active listings, 4 free Featured weeks a month and the extras shown on the Pricing page.
   • Extra Featured weeks cost Rs 500 per week on any plan and can be stacked.
   • Plans renew monthly and we remind you 3 days before your plan ends. If you don't renew, listings above your plan's limit are paused, not deleted, and go back live when you renew.
   • Prices can change. A new price applies from your next monthly payment, never to a month you have already paid for.
   • Promo codes work only as described when issued and can't be exchanged for cash.

6. 06Fees on sales

   • Jugaad takes 0% commission on sales of tools, source code, gigs, ideas and skills.
   • Website / Business sales carry a seller success fee of 5%, and auction sales a seller success fee of 5%, taken from the payout.
   • Buyers pay a Safe Deal fee of 2% where it is shown at checkout.
   • Companies pay for job posts, project briefs, Talent Passes and sponsorships at the prices on the Pricing page.

7. 07Payments

   You pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer or QR code (including Raast), then submit the transaction ID and receipt. Our team checks each payment by hand, usually within 24 hours, before your order is activated. Prices are in Pakistani rupees (PKR), or US dollars (USD) for listings priced for global buyers. We never ask for or store your card number.

8. 08Seller promises

   When you list on Jugaad you promise that:

   • You own the work, or have written permission to sell it, and the buyer will get the rights described in the listing and licence.
   • Your listing contains no stolen, pirated, leaked or copied code, designs, text or data, and does not break anyone's copyright, trademark or privacy.
   • Demo accounts use test data only: never real customer data, real payment details or anyone's personal information.
   • Screenshots, metrics, traffic and revenue figures are true and you can prove them if we ask.
   • You will deliver what you sold, on time, and talk to buyers through Jugaad messages.
   • You are responsible for any taxes on your income.

9. 09Prohibited content and behaviour

   • Anything illegal in Pakistan, including content that breaks the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016 or intellectual property law.
   • Malware, spyware, hacking tools, scrapers that break other sites' terms, or tools built for fraud, spam or harassment.
   • Income promises such as 'earn 2 lakh monthly', fake reviews, fake metrics or misleading screenshots.
   • Adult content, gambling, hate speech, or content that attacks any religion, group or person.
   • Sharing phone numbers, emails or payment details to take a deal off Jugaad and avoid Safe Deal.
   • Shill bidding, bidding on your own auction, or working with others to push prices up.
   • Running more than one account to get around limits, bans or free offers.

10. 10Messages

    Phone numbers and email addresses in messages are hidden until a Safe Deal exists between you. Keep deals on Jugaad: if you pay outside Jugaad, Safe Deal protection doesn't apply and we can't help you get your money back.

11. 11Demand board

    • Anyone can post a need. Each account can have up to 2 free open requests at a time, and a verified phone number may be required.
    • Posts may be reviewed before they appear. We remove or edit posts with banned words, contact details or illegal requests, and may merge duplicates.
    • 'I'd pay Rs ___' pledges show interest only. They are not payments or binding promises.
    • Makers reply with quotes. Starter makers can send 3 quote replies a month; higher plans can reply without limit.
    • When a requester accepts a quote, the work runs as a Safe Deal.

12. 12Problem Drops

    Problem Drops are weekly challenges that tell makers what to build. Claims, submissions, judging and prizes follow the Problem Drop rules and each drop's page. You keep ownership of what you build unless the drop page says otherwise.

13. 13Auctions

    • Only verified bidders can bid: a confirmed phone number, CNIC images and a selfie, checked by our team.
    • Bidders pay a refundable deposit of Rs 5,000 before bidding.
    • Every bid is binding. If you win, you must buy.
    • A bid in the last 2 minutes extends the auction by 2 minutes.
    • Sellers can set a hidden reserve price and a Buy Now price.
    • The winner must pay within 48 hours. A winner who doesn't pay loses the deposit and may be banned from auctions.
    • Every auction sale goes through Safe Deal with a 7-day buyer check.

14. 14Safe Deal

    Payments for purchases, gigs, hires, custom work and auctions are held by Jugaad until the buyer receives what they paid for. The buyer has 7 days after delivery to check it. If they don't confirm or open a dispute in that time, the money is released to the seller automatically.

15. 15Disputes and how we decide

    If something goes wrong in a Safe Deal, either side can open a dispute before the check period ends. Our team reviews the listing, the agreed terms, messages on Jugaad, delivery files and the evidence both sides send, and may ask for more. We then release the money to the seller, refund the buyer in full, or split it. We aim to decide within 7 working days of receiving everything we asked for. Our decision on money held in Safe Deal is final on Jugaad, but it does not take away your legal rights.

16. 16Suspension and closing accounts

    • We may hide listings, limit features, hold payouts linked to a dispute or fraud check, or suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.
    • Where we can, we tell you why and give you a chance to reply. For serious breaks such as fraud we may act straight away.
    • You can ask us to close your account at any time by writing to support@jugaad.pk. Open orders, Safe Deals and disputes must be finished first.

17. 17Limitation of liability

    • Jugaad is a marketplace. Makers, not Jugaad, are responsible for what they list, sell and deliver.
    • We work to keep Jugaad running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.
    • We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or lost business.
    • Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Jugaad (plan fees, add-ons and Safe Deal fees) in the 6 months before the claim. This does not limit money held for you in Safe Deal, or any liability that Pakistani law does not allow us to limit.

18. 18Changes to these terms

    We may update these terms as Jugaad changes. The new date will show at the top of this page, and we'll tell you about important changes by notification or email before they apply. If you keep using Jugaad after that, you accept the new terms.

19. 19Law and courts

    These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute with Jugaad that we can't settle together will be decided by the courts of Punjab, Pakistan.
